Dr. Brian Cox is an experimental physicist at Royal Society University Research. Cox is a part of the prestigious FP420 R&D Project, working with a 27 km long nuclear machine(!). In 2006 he received the British Association Lord Kelvin award for his work in promoting science in the public. Cox is also an International Fellow of the Explorer Club alongside people like N. Armstrong and C. Yeager.

Michael B. Johnson (US)
Michael B. Johnson has performed digital midwifery on blockbusters such as Finding Nemo and The Incredibles. He runs the Moving Pictures Group at Pixar Animation Studios and helped develop whole new concepts for creating cartoon movies. Holds a Ph.D. in Media Arts & Science from MIT and is a board member at the Cartoon Art Museum in San Francisco.

Went from being a teacher of Latin and Ancient Greek to become a world famous blogger at the renowned and acclaimed WeMakeMoneyNotArt. Reginé also writes for the influential UK magazine, Art Review. Her focus is on the intersection between design, art and new technology, and she works with established artists and media and also amateurs and hackers, exploring the way they use and abuse different technologies.

Adam Greenfield (US)
ADAM GREENFIELD is an instructor at New York University's Interactive Telecommunications Program, author of Everyware and, as of August 2008, Head of Design Direction for Nokia Design.
He speaks frequently on issues of design, culture, technology and user experience before a wide variety of audiences. In the last two years, these have included the Royal Society of London, Harvard's Graduate School of Design, the LIFT conference, the International Conference on Pervasive Computing, and AIGA's DUX conference.

Klaus Obermaier (DE)
Media-artist, composer and director Obermaier has pushed the boundaries of arts and new media for two decades. He brings experimental music and dance into complex play with media projectors, 3D-computer generators and simulators and bringing to live extraordinaire experiences! Obermaier was Denmark in august 2007 where he directed the premiere galla event at Aarhus Festuge with his play, Le Sacre Du Printemps.

Michihiko Shoji (JP)
Formerly of NTT DoCoMo and now flying in an airspace of quasi-real creatures. Shoji created the Mixed Reality avatar, U-Tsu-Shi-O-Mi Virtual Humanoid - the most realistic human-robot interaction ever. He is now employed at the Yokohama National University Venture Business Laboratory where he is working on improving the virtual humanoid.

We’re proud to present our very own Vannesa – Head of Innovation Lab’s Tech & Trends dept. and formerly of Bruce Mau Design. Vannesa took part in forming Bruce Mau’s educational entity, Institute without Boundaries. She then became Design Manager at the successful project, Massive Change. One of her recent projects is the development of a vision and communications strategy for an entire country - Guatemala.

Jens Alder (DK)
Jens Alder is President and CEO at TDC. After several management engagements in different large companies – e.g. at Alcatel, Alder was appointed CEO of Swisscom in 1999. He is BSc in engineering and holds an MBA from INSEAD. When he left Swisscom, only one European telecom president had held his position longer than Alder – his predecessor, in TDC.

Dodt has accomplished the impossible of looking in a brain with a level of detail which neither CT- or MRI-scanners have been able to do. With the help of the visualization technology, ultra microscopy, it is now possible to see the complete neural net of a brain in 3D. The installation is a complicated technological wonder, which has cleared the headlines in media worldwide.

David Polinchock is a man, who has been a frontrunner in nearly two decades in the race for the ideal sales promotion and branding. David is the founder of Brand Experience Lab and has been a key figure in the field for many years. In 1991 he founded CyberEvent Group and used virtual reality-technology in creating Experimental Advertising programs for among others Avis. He later became the CEO in Location Based Branding, who created a whole new trend in the field of advertising. By constantly incorporating new technology platforms David and Brand Experience Lab are proponents for the absolute forefront in the world of advertising and branding. David’s references count among others Volvo, American Express, Coca Cola, GlaxoSmithKline, Viacom and Avis.
